Tim has been conducting our preventative maintenance for the past 3 years for all of our kitchen equipment. I have found him to be very professional, considerate, always ringing in advance to ask what is the best time for him to come and do his maintenance work. If there is a break down in the kitchen like for instant the fridge motor has blown up , he takes priority to come as soon as possible, even if he is really busy. Always explaining what needs to be done with the equipment and if parts need to be ordered and replaced he does in a timely manner.
